the work.

With over 15 years of progressive leadership experience, I've built my career around a simple conviction: great results come from great teams and great systems. Whether managing a retail floor, leading client services, or building AI-powered automation, the through-line has always been figuring out what needs to happen and making it happen.

I started on the front lines at GameStop, where I learned what it means to be accountable for every dollar. Managing a $2M store, turning around underperforming locations, and building teams from scratch. That hands-on foundation shaped everything that followed.

From there I moved into client services leadership at Call Sumo, then into operations at New Patients Inc, where I built automated systems and agentic workflows that let one person manage hundreds of clients. At Yobi, I built and deployed AI voice agents for clients while leading cross-functional strategy.

I'm a generalist. The kind of person who can step into any role and make it work. I believe in first-principles thinking: questioning assumptions, breaking problems down to their fundamentals, and building solutions with intention. This site is where I share what I'm learning, building, and thinking about.

Store Manager

GameStop

Full P&L accountability for a location generating ~$2M in annual revenue. Recruited, trained, and managed a team of ~20 associates. Transformed an underperforming store from unprofitable to profitable. Consistently ranked in the top 10 stores district-wide.
